Forms by WithFlows is a browser extension that helps users automatically fill web forms by extracting structured information from text provided by the user.

The service may use remote servers and AI-based processing to perform this functionality.

User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree that:

  • You will use the service only for lawful purposes
  • You will not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
  • You are responsible for verifying any data that is automatically filled into forms

The service provides automation assistance, but the user remains responsible for the final submitted information.

Accounts and Authentication

Some features of the service may require user authentication. Authentication and account management may be provided through third-party services.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the service may require a paid subscription. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms and billing policies. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the available account management tools.

Availability of the Service

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forms by WithFlows shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Errors in extracted or autofilled data
  • Interruptions or downtime of the service

Users are responsible for reviewing information before submitting any forms.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, and functionality of the service remain the property of Forms by WithFlows.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers, including:

  • Groq (AI processing)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Clerk (authentication)

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be updated.

Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
