Forms by WithFlows is a Chrome extension designed to help users automatically fill web forms by extracting structured information from text provided by the user.

Information We Process

The extension may process the following information:

• Text pasted or provided by the user
• Form field labels, names, and structure from the webpage being filled
• Technical information required to operate the service

This information is processed only for the purpose of providing the autofill functionality.

How the Information Is Used

Information provided by the user is processed to extract structured data such as:

The extracted data is then used to automatically fill web forms on the user's behalf.

Chrome Extension Permissions

The extension requires access to webpage content in order to detect and fill form fields.

This access is used only to:

• Read form field labels and structure
• Populate form inputs with extracted data

The extension does not access unrelated page content beyond what is necessary to perform autofill functionality.

Remote Processing

In order to perform text extraction and data structuring, user-provided text may be transmitted to remote servers operated by the service.

This processing allows the system to convert unstructured text into structured form data.

Third-Party Services

The service may use trusted third-party providers to operate certain parts of the system.

Groq

Groq is used for AI-based text processing to extract structured information from user-provided text.

Stripe

Stripe is used for payment processing and subscription management.

Clerk

Clerk is used for user authentication and account management.

These providers may process information necessary to provide their services.

Data Storage

User-provided text may be processed temporarily in order to generate structured autofill data.

Forms by WithFlows does not permanently store user text unless required for:

• Service operation
• Debugging and diagnostics
• Abuse prevention

Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect the service and user data.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
